The Heart of Louisiana is a 100%, volunteer-ran, 501c3 non-profit. 
                   While we used to be partnered with a city shelter, we have since moved to becoming a foser-only group. 
         This presents many challenges including numbers of volunteers, number of animals we can pull at any given time, and constant demand of supplies. 
             HLHS provides all supplies to their fosters and we are always in need of donations!
